遅延地域：　中国地方並びに北海道・青森県・徳島県・愛媛県・福岡県・佐賀県および鹿児島県

拒否：　沖縄

遅延：フィリピン（ロックダウンがない地域は４月１２日以降処理を開始）

コロナ感染者発覚により閉鎖となって郵便局のリストです。その地域ではしばらく配達されません。
